Where else is the weather just as hot and unbearable in the summer as Las Vegas? Why, Phoenix, of course. But heading to the Valley of the Sun means finding fashions that will work well with the climate here in Vegas. Plus, the city of 1.5 million has a lot more indie boutiques than Vegas. So take that one-hour flight or make that five-hour drive for a store that caters to fashion-forward mothers, denim boutiques galore, cute shops bringing local finds and more in our look at ten indie boutiques to shop in Phoenix.
