NEW YORK-NEW YORK — Shake Shack has been long promised, and now you can get a better idea what it will look like. The newest rendering shows a 9,135-square-foot restaurant on the resort's northern corner. Building from scratch, the estimated construction budget is a super-sized $3,871,258, with free million dollar views of Las Vegas Boulevard.

WESTSIDEAlex Stratta's triumphant return to Vegas continues with his second restaurant now announced. He plans to take over Elements Kitchen & Martini Bar with a more casual concept. Stratta is also bringing his Italian steakhouse to the Gramercy.

MGM GRANDEmeril Lagasse's New Orleans Fish House is undergoing a makeover to celebrate it's 20th anniversary. It might look shuttered but the restaurant remains open during the $300,000 renovation.

SUMMERLINDowntown Summerlin, the new shopping center that plans to debut in October south of Red Rock Resort, is shaping up with a new dining outlet announced. MTO Cafe, which has become a favorite in Downtown Vegas, is bringing a new concept to the center and adds dinner to the mix.
