Hal Rubenstein has been leading the charge of unearthing the biggest fashion trends coming out of MAGIC Market Week. The guest fashion director of WWDMAGIC and editor at large for InStyle magazine dished on some of the top trends for spring from the show.

1. Outerwear
After a brutal winter in most areas in the country, outerwear is more important than ever! Outerwear with drama is becoming the "go-to" investment piece. Say goodbye to simple and neutral, great outerwear makes a statement and fashionistas need one that will leave a lasting impression.

2. Leather
The leather trend is not going anywhere. From coats to dresses, pencil skirts to blazers — leather in all different tones is here to stay!

3. Bold Colors & Prints
Bold floral prints were here for the spring and are staying throughout the next few seasons! Women are not afraid to wear bold prints and intense colors, so they will be seen now more than ever. Rich hues that are more womanly than girly will make their way into closets everywhere.

4. Relaxed Tailoring
From loose fit trousers to a chic cocoon coat, traditional tailoring with softened silhouettes will be plenty. An ease of style and comfort is especially important and offers an understated sense of luxury.

5. Mini Skirts
Warm or cold weather, abbreviated hem lengths are back in a big way and will be lasting a few more seasons! This classic wardrobe staple is completely versatile — dressed up with pumps or down with sneakers — miniskirts are here to stay!
