Welcome to Racked Vegas' search for Las Vegas' hottest trainer. Over the coming weeks, we'll profile eight smoking locals—fitness experts who not only look hot in Spandex, but can make you look amazing too. Once you've gotten to know everyone, we'll host a March Madness-style showdown in which readers vote for their favorites. Let the games begin!
Almas Meirmanov is probably best known as one-third of the Frat Pack, the high wire act in Absinthe at Caesars Palace. But he also owns a fitness studio, Intermix Fitness, where he's a certified personal trainer. Using innovative techniques and dynamic activities, Almas trains the likes of fitness competitors, former gymnasts, aspiring athletes and other clientele how to get physically fit by using their bodies as forms of strength training as he does each night in Absinthe.
Since the age of five he has been educated in acrobatics and gymnastics. Throughout his teens Meirmanov had a successful circus career as a hand balancer and an aerialist, traveling all over the world meeting new people. Through that experience he earned silver medals at International Circus Festivals in Monte Carlo, Italy and Asia. In 2006 Meirmanov was part of Sport Acrobatics four-man team and won a gold medal at the U.S. National competition.
"I want to give you a full body workout that's dynamic and innovative!" Meirmanov says.
