You're going to want something to eat when Downtown Summerlin opens. Eater Vegas has the entire roster of restaurants slated to go in to the new shopping center opening Oct. 9 including a lot of new and previously unannounced places. Aside from Wolfgang Puck's Bar & Grill, an unnamed restaurant from Elizabeth Blau and Kim Canteenwalla of Honey Salt fame and a second MTO Cafe, a smattering fast food restaurants plan to be part of the plan. ROC Resto-Lounge, a cafe inside the Lindbergh clothing store, a California Pizza Kitchen and more are also part of the plan.
