Welcome to Racked Vegas' search for Las Vegas' hottest trainer. Over the coming weeks, we'll profile eight smoking locals—fitness experts who not only look hot in Spandex, but can make you look amazing too. Once you've gotten to know everyone, we'll host a March Madness-style showdown in which readers vote for their favorites. Let the games begin!

Meet Lisa Balash, also known at the Kettlebell Bombshell. This champion Kettlebell lifter and ambassador for Reebok has her own DVD workout series. Balash trains clients at City Athletic Club and through her online program, where she offers up specialized workouts and training programs. She even trains Miss Nevada and Miss Nevada's Outstanding Teen.  

One client who nominated her says, "She is extremely motivational — she is uplifting, positive — she won't let you be discouraged or down on yourself. She believes the best in everyone and works so hard as a trainer to help you see the best too."
