More Danish fashions are headed to Downtown Summerlin, and this time, it's for the guys. Lindbergh and 4evermen are planning a $2,416,000, 69,372-square-foot two-level store right next to the first-ever U.S. location for B.Young, another Danish store coming to the shopping center that opens Oct. 9.

First, Lindbergh, the Danish designer that creates clothing for men "interested in acquiring a wardrobe based on problem solving." Look for contemporary masculine clothes celebrating aviator Charles Lindbergh's heritage

The line, which appears to be opening its first U.S. standalone store, features black, white and blue labels. Black Label is the preppy and classic formal collection, covering shirts, suits, jackets and knits as well as accessories, all with a modern fit and more of an Italian style. The White Label is fashion formal with shaped, tight and comfortable shirts, suits, jackets and knits. Rugged and casual defines the Blue Label and its Americana look filled with vintage denim. The blue and black labels are positioned in more of a medium price range along the lines of Boss Orange and Superdry while the White Label aligns itself more with the lower price ranges of Zara and H&M Man.

Now 4evermen has two locations in Australia with a third opening there in July. Marco Revah owns the stores and carries the Lindbergh line. It's also an authorized Apple dealer, and perhaps that means that Downtown Summerlin will have an Apple store in the mall. Also in the Melbourne location, an iCafe "where customers can relax over lunch and view the news on the Cafe's iPads."

Renderings of the Vegas location suggest that Lindbergh will occupy 24,000 square feet on the first level along with a cafe, and 4everman will take up the second floor.
