Las Vegas Is About To Get a Pretty Swanky Juice Bar

Like cold-pressed juices, nutritional cleanses and made-to-order superfood smoothies? Vegas is about to get a new juice bar in the southeast to satisfy those wants.

Juice NV plans to open here this summer. Partners Alain Palinsky, who co-founded New York-based Juice Press, executive chef Jermaine Jonas, who created the menu at Juice Press, and Alex Cordova and Joe Lopez from the Vegas nightlife world joined up to bring this juice bar that will also feature retail with gourmet food for takeout.

Palinsky says the new bar will cater to the health-conscious, the athlete who wants to increase performance, those who want to lose weight and more.

Look for wholesome fruit and vegetable cold-pressed juices prepared daily as well as made-to-order smoothies from local and organic produce. Expect to find 15 to 20 recipes that change seasonally. Guests can also make up their own concoctions.

"With my knowledge of different preparation techniques and herbs and spices, I'm able to create familiar tastes and textures from unexpected ingredients," says Jonas, who was named one of the top 10 healthiest chefs in New York City by Well & Good.
