Welcome to our new feature, Spring Forward, where we look at the trends for spring through the eyes of local boutiques. Scoop NYC at the Forum Shops at Caesars shares three trends the store is forecasting for spring: crop tops, sportswear and jumpsuits.

Athletic Sportswear
