Lego's first dedicated retail store in Nevada just opened at Fashion Show mall. The 2,177-square-foot space was built out for $400,000 in the former Marc Ecko Cut & Sew menswear store, located across the mall from the new Apple store.
This weekend, Master Builder Dan is on hand, building an eight-foot Lego version of R2-D2. Those helping out with the build get a free Lego Certificate of Achievement. Today, fans can get a free Lego T-shirt with a $50 purchase. Tomorrow, fans can land a free limited edition Lego store set with a $75 purchase. On Sunday, land a free Lego min-figure set with a $50 purchase. All are available to the first 300 people.
