Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Kitson at The Linq is now officially soft open. As you walk into the largest Kitson in the world, the first thing you find is a Brian Lichtenberg Homiès El Camino right at the front door, an exclusive to the Vegas two-level, 12,000-square-foot location.
The California designer is known for his chic streetwear for men and women, and his BLTEE Collection riffs on runway brands. His BRIANEL No. 1 tee first came out in 2006. Others in his collection include Balmain (Ballin), Hermès (Homiès) and Céline (Féline), now worn by supermodels such as Cara Delevingne, Candice Swanepoel and Jourdan Dunn.
If anything, the El Camino gives you an idea of the tongue firmly planted in cheek nature of Kitson.
