Revealed: More Retail and Dining for Shops at Summerlin

The Shops at Summerlin are still being secretive about unveiling who else will be setting up within their 1.6 million-square-foot world of outdoor and indoor shopping. But if you've been following Racked Vegas, we've been keeping an ear to the ground and have uncovered yet another small wave of confirmed tenants destined to debut later this fall.

First, despite sister site Eater Vegas hearing exciting rumors of restaurants negotiating to come on board, we can at least confirm Red Robin Gourmet Burgers is signed on as a tenant. The casual dining restaurant operates three other locations in Las Vegas and this will be a first for this side of the city.

Also confirmed is Golfsmith, the world's largest retailer of golf and tennis equipment. With more than 100 stores this will be their first venture into Nevada.

The Chico's FAS company is bringing two of their women's apparel brands to Summerlin. Chico's, will open their seventh local store, including two outlet locations. The chain now operates more than 700 nationwide destinations.

But new to the city and the west will be the first non-Florida store for Boston Proper. The well-known catalog and online site vendor operates five Florida boutiques, offering a "daring, modern style with a sensual feel."

As more information arrives, our tenant map is updated to show the mix of junior anchors centered around the Nordstrom Rack showcase store. Don't be surprised to see well-known chain restaurants fill out the huddle of three spaces marked 8A, 8B and 8C.

And still anxiously awaited, the name of tenant "U," situated in the top right corner of the map above. They will be the third major anchor for the project, built on the same large scale as the two-story Macy's at 180,000 square feet and Dillard's at 200,000 square feet.
