Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

It's a shopping switcheroo over at the Palazzo resort side of the Grand Canal Shoppes. We've already alerted you to the new Kate Spade boutique replacing the quickly shuttered Respect Your Universe athletic apparel store on the upper level. Right next door to Kate Spade you'll soon be able to satisfy your sweet tooth while window shopping.

East Coast power tie broker Andrew's Ties is vacating their corner shop and it will be taken over by the first major mainland retail store for the Honolulu Cookie Company. They will be sharing their Aloha spirit and their pineapple-shaped, premium shortbread cookies in a variety of flavors and perfect gift box presentations.

Andrew's Ties, meanwhile, has moved round the corner to the Art Deco-styled kiosk located across from celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse's Table 10 restaurant. Ties and shirts will now fill the shelves vacated by Fresh, which shuttered this spot earlier this year.

Also on the horizon, Moderna Tea, an upscale supplier of teas and tea brewing and serving accessories. You'll find them across from Victoria's Secret.

And a new mystery tenant is headed your way, code-named Maison 825. They are earmarked for the empty 10,966-square-foot space between Suit Supply and Jimmy Choo.
