The High Roller observation wheel officially starts taking its first paid passengers at 1 p.m. today at The Linq, and with that, a whole new batch of Vegas souvenirs rolls out. Stop by the Sky Shop, the souvenir stand closest to the world's tallest observation wheel, for these one-of-a-kind T-shirts with felt from Vegas gaming tables from Vegas Felt Co. These recycled souvenirs feature felt from roulette tables from Caesars Palace. So far, the line offers four designs — one features a simple Las Vegas with LV in felt on the background, another lucky shirt has felt in the shape of a shamrock. The T-shirts go for $25 each.
