Click to shop these trends on Polyvore [Photos: Neiman Marcus]Welcome to our new feature, Spring Forward, where we look at the trends for spring through the eyes of local boutiques. Ken Downing, Neiman Marcus' fashion director and senior vice president, shares three trends he's forecasting for spring: pinks, white with black and artistic prints. Find these looks at Fashion Show mall.
"Prints of all kinds...hearts, geometric shapes, flowers, animals, tribal prints," says Downing of the artistic prints that can be found on all types of accessories. These looks from Alexander McQueen and Prada give you an idea of what's in store right now.
"White as the base with black accents [on] dresses, pants, etc.," Downing says of the black and white trend that's huge this spring. Diane von Furstenberg, Jimmy Choo and Saint Laurent all have looks to covet.
"All shades are popular this season," Downing says of pink, pink, pink. Here, looks from Stella McCartney, Saint Laurent and Oscar de la Renta.
