Construction continues at The Linq, the $550 million open-air entertainment district, where already Koto is open and Kitson has been announced. In the coming months, more sections of the district will open, bringing with it many brands making their debut in Vegas. Look for Polaroid Fotobar retail store and museum, Chilli Beans sunglasses, Vanity Style Lounge and Goorin Bros. hat shop among the newbies, as well as 12A.M. Run, backed by rapper Nas.

Here now, a comprehensive guide to the next wave of stores opening at The Linq.

12A.M. Run
Look for limited-edition shoes for men, women and toddlers. Street and sport-inspired fashion will also be available for both men and women. Featured brands include Nike Sportswear, Jordan Brand, Diamond Supply, Young & Reckless, Stance and Mitchell & Ness. Co-owned by hip-hop legend Nas, 12A.M. Run plans to mesh music, fashion and art all under the same roof.

Bella Scarpa
This shoe boutique already has a home at Mandalay Bay. Expect to find handbags, accessories and special apparel collections.

Chilli Beans
This Brazilian eyewear and watch brand, founded by rock 'n' roller turned entrepreneur Caito Maia, focuses on fun, fast fashions. This is the largest eyewear brand in Latin America and The Linq location will be a flagship store in the United States.

Goorin Bros. Bold Hatmakers
Cassel Goorin began making hats in 1895. Now the hat store with history plans to bring ball caps, fedoras, bowlers, knit caps and more to The Linq. The store plans to have mahogany cabinetry and reclaimed wood flooring, tin ceilings and 24-karat gold gilded windows.

Polaroid Fotobar
This first of its kind retail shop will feature a museum on its second floor. The 8,500-square-foot space will let customers instantly print their pictures and turn their favorite photos into something new using canvas, stone, metal, bamboo and more.

Ruby Blue
Mandalay Place
already has a Ruby Blue, and this one is similar with women's accessories including costume jewelry, novelty legwear and hats, lingerie, bustiers and provocative novelty games and toys.

Vanity Style Lounge
Expect to find hair services including blow outs to hair extensions and braids at Vanity Style. Also on tap? Make-up applications, manicures and pedicures and spray tans.
