Fashions with a designer name get a second chance at the new Déjà Blue, a boutique from Goodwill of Southern Nevada brimming with fashionable names. The thrift shop opened Friday touting brands such as Michael Kors, True Religion, Armani and more. While the store dubs itself as Goodwill Goes Gucci, that moniker will depend on the one-of-a-kind inventory within, which changes as new donations come in.

On the Saturday after it opened, a steady stream of customers wandered in to find brands such as Casual Corner, Jessica Simpson and White House | Black Market among the labels hanging from neat racks. On top of these fixtures, shoes, home goods and handbags carefully arranged in clusters give the boutique less of a thrift store feel.

The 2,800-square-foot store has an arrangement of items carefully organized into shoes, denim, coats, handbags, jewelry and even unused swimwear. Sparkly bras, new shapewear and a whole section devoted to flip flops were some of the surprise finds.

Menswear earns its own area with brands such as Hugo Boss and Armani making the racks, although a bit dated, as well as NFL jerseys, shirts, khakis and coats. Even housewares take up a portion of the back with an assortment of throw pillows, bedding and furniture.

New items are priced at 33 percent of the piece's original price, but many of the gently used items are tagged much lower. For those who don't want to miss out on designer duds at low prices, head over to the Shop Goodwill Website, where many of these items are up for bids.

This marks Goodwill's 12th retail store in Southern Nevada and its first in Summerlin. Goodwill also has similar designer outlets in Denver, Southern California and Tacoma, Wash.
