Unlike Los Angeles with its Melrose Avenue or New York with SoHo, Vegas really lacks those walkable streets peppered with great shopping boutiques. Ah, but there's Tivoli Village, the relatively new shopping enclave on Rampart Boulevard just north of Boca Park. While a fair share of larger shopping boutiques line the streets, it's The Market LV, the mini shopping mall within the shopping mall that carries some of the most interesting tiny stores.
