The new Surfset, the fitness crave that's sweeping the nation, offers up 45 minutes of workouts right on a surfboard without ever touching the water. Each exercise works on isometric instability training, requiring focus and control. The surfboard shifts and shakes just as if it were on a wave, and that keeps your core tight the entire workout, which includes intervals of high-intensity aerobic training. A package of six classes goes for $100, while a monthly membership is $150 for unlimited classes.
