It's Official: Britney Spears Lands a $30 Million Vegas Contract

Now it's pretty much revealed that pop princess Britney Spears makes her residency debut at PH Live at Planet Hollywood Resort in December. TMZ reveals that Spears signed a $15 million a year contract to perform 48 shows over the next two years starting in December.

Expect to find more of a hip nightclub feel to the show as opposed to the concert venue setups for other shows in Vegas. Spears already has images of herself dressed as a showgirl on her Twitter feed. See the Welcome to Las Vegas sign on the left side?

More details emerge tomorrow, including why nearly 1,500 Caesars Entertainment employees will be at Planet Hollywood starting at 1:30 a.m., what she's doing on Good Morning America and her entire album release.

Already she's released her first single "Work Bitch" from her upcoming album. "You want a hot body, you want a Bugatti, you want a Maserati?" Spears asks. "You better work, bitch."
