Britney Spears debuted her new resident show Britney: Piece of Me at the Axis Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort on Friday night with singers Katy Perry (who seemed to go with her own instincts instead of those of a stylist) and Miley Cyrus (looking about as you would expect in a midriff-baring top and shorts with built-in suspenders) walking the red carpet. Spears skipped the carpet, instead focusing on numerous costume changes in the show that may or may not include spray tanned abs and lip synching, an angel gown she dons while hanging and more bodysuits than you can imagine. In the meantime, Holly Madison, the former Hugh Hefner Girl Next Door, celebrated her 34th birthday Saturday night in a shimmery silver dress with dinner at N9NE Steakhouse and Moon Nightclub at the Palms.
