The Boulevard mall was sold for $54.5 million to local developer Roland Sansone. Sansone Cos. bought 56 acres, or about 780,400 square feet of space with the exception of Sears and Macy's, which own their properties. About 75 percent of the mall on Maryland Parkway are leased. [Vegas Inc]
