Just in time for New Year's Eve comes Rent the Runway, the boutique where you can rent an outfit for the night and return it the next day. Already the boutique, which plans to drop Friday, is taking reservations for services in anticipation of the opening. The store takes over the former Beckley Boutique space at Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Once open, expect to find more than 1,000 dress from 190 designer brands in addition to baubles, makeup and even undergarments. Rental prices are as inexpensive as $50 and head all the way up to $450 for 48 hours for sizes from 0 to 22.

Bandage dresses and frocks with flash make up a bulk of the inventory. "Flashy, tight, show-stopping—a lot of people actually wanting all eyes on them. … We want those dresses that make someone look twice," says Jenny Fleiss, Rent the Runway's co-founder and head of business development, of the looks you can expect to find there. "Vegas really is on a whole other level from the rest of the country."

Sadly, this is apparently only a pop-up shop, sticking around for three months.
