Celebrity colorist Michael Boychuck has some big plans on the way for his Color Salon at Caesars Palace. A remodel will include a Kevyn Aucoin makeup lounge and Goldwell color bar. He teams up with interior designer Faye Resnick, who set the tone for the very white salon when it opened six years ago.
Resnick says she's adding mirrored étagères for the color bar and silver and gold Murano crystal chandeliers.
The Kevyn Aucoin makeup center includes the iconic makeup artist's entire line of cosmetics. The Goldwell color bar is the first of its kind. As an area for consultations, the color bar will be a place for clients to speak with colorists about color application, home hair care and much more.
Expect the renovation to be complete by the end of the year.
