Meet the pop-up shop Gekka, the new little boutique that just opened inside The Market LV at Tivoli Village.
The store, which plans to stick around until mid-January, carries Asian imports such as 100 percent silk Shibori scarves from Japan dyed with patterns created through binding, stitching, folding, twisting, compressing or capping, as well as obi party bags and kimono stoles and handbags. The party bags are made with obi belts while kimono fabrics create the stoles and handbags. Also on hand, Indian handmade embroidered stoles, Japanese hand-dyed tapestries and Japanese obi table runners used as tapestry as well as Thai silk stoles, beads accessories by Czech beads and the other items.
