Racked National editor Leslie Price: In a quest to fully take advantage of the athleticwear-is-trendy movement, and to properly fulfill all blogger stereotypes, I have purchased this French terry gray sweatshirt from Dolan. I wear it almost daily. What's novel about the top is the relaxed cut—it fits like a warm, cozy tee—and the contrasting textural shoulders, which give it a slight fashion edge. The light gray color matches everything and can go from a cover-up after yoga to a coffee meeting with a quick pants swap.
Fresh Sugar Face Polish, $55
Racked Vegas editor Susan Stapleton: I think I have about 45 face masks in my bathroom. Much like Goldilocks, none of them were just right. This one was too messy. That one was too drying. This one smelled funky. That one dried out too fast. Then I met Fresh Sugar Face Polish.
Now every Sunday morning, I reach for this little two-for-one gem. Not only does it exfoliate with a delicious brown sugar that smells good enough to eat, but it also leaves my face about as smooth as a baby's butt after just 10 minutes. Bonus: Rub it on your hands for that same smoothing feel. Just right.
Sanctuary Vegan Leather Shell, $79 at Sanctuary
Racked LA associate editor Danielle Directo-Meston: When I spotted this sleek black pleather shell by LA-based label Sanctuary a few months back, I knew my hunt for the perfect faux leather top was over. But sporting this stylish piece in the summer seemed incredibly impractical, lest I decide to turn myself into a walking sweat lodge.
So now that LA's starting to show signs of lower temps, I'll be snapping up this sleeveless top to add a bit of badass to my fall wardrobe. Priced at $79, this cruelty-free fitted piece features a V-shaped back, convenient for catching a little breeze if your bod gets toasty.
Roosevelt Supply Snap Pouch, $18 at Birchbox
Racked NY Menswear Specialist Mickey Sery: No matter how hard I try, I accumulate coins throughout the day. The credit card machine might be down at the drugstore or the cool new coffee shop is cash only—whatever the reason, I can't avoid metal currency. It's embarrassing to hearing your own pants jingle from coinage, so lately I've been leaving all my change in tip jars. I've even hurried out of places before the salesperson had time to give me any change that was under a dollar.
But after I saw the Roosevelt Supply Snap Pouch, I started rethinking my fear of coins. The shape allows the pouch to sit discreetly at the bottom of your pocket while the snap ensures the coins are contained and kept quiet. The pouch is utilitarian enough that should I want to pull it out, I won't be embarrassed. It also comes in five colors to fit your personal style. So now instead of giving my money away, I'm going to be keeping it all to myself, quietly.
Marimekko Hennika Orange Percale Bedding, from $71.75 at FinnStyle
Racked DC Editor Adele Chapin: Almost every home design and lifestyle guru says your bedroom should be a tranquil place, with crisp white sheets and soft colors. I tried to be a grown-up, to listen to their advice, and not buy bedding with a crazy design from the "Get Ready for College" section at Target. So I instead I went with a blogger favorite, West Elm's pure white, cloud-like organic pintuck duvet cover, a few years ago. It was fine, but I got bored of it and I managed to rip the pintucks, and now I am back on the market for duvet covers and sheets. And I can't look away from this Marimekko option. Those Finns know what's up.
It is incredibly loud, but I love the mismatch of the floral sheets with the striped duvet. It's all in the pink and orange color family, which is the most fun color combination around. And those big cartoon flowers would make you happy every day just by looking at them. And as bedding goes, this is pretty affordable. Don't mind me, just practicing my speech to convince my boyfriend that pink sheets with flowers on them are a viable option for our apartment.
