Where Ciara Contreras Shops for In the Moment Looks

To break out of the rut, we've asked some local shopping and fashion gurus to provide their hidden retail gems — those unique stores around Las Vegas that we might not all know about. Ciara Contreras has her own full-service makeup boutique, ERA By Ciara, inside The Market LV at Tivoli Village. Here you can find Lola Cosmetics and DuWop and as well as makeup applications and parties. Here, Contreras shares where she finds what she calls "in the moment" pieces for those last-minute plans.

What is your favorite local boutique in Las Vegas?
ANGL located in Tivoli Village. I always try and stay in the Summerlin area for all of my shopping. If I don't need to hit the freeway at all, my day is already better. Stores like ANGL, Best Kept Secret, Hottie, etc. are all amazing, amazing local boutiques that have the same great clothes to offer as any department store off the freeway or Strip, maybe even with more flair!

Why do you like shopping there?
They have everything from dresses to leggings to suits to play wear that is good quality clothing. Las Vegas is an "in the moment" type of town. Fifty percent of the time you don't have plans and then five minutes later you're in the moment and need an outfit for your newfound plans for that evening or day. They remind me of an Arden B.

What are some of your favorite finds there?
My absolute favorite finds are their leggings and their dresses. I am always on the lookout for a good pair of leggings to set off that new pair of shoes I just bought in an array of colors and cut that actually look good on me. Not your normal, average black or colored pair. Their dresses also have such an array of long, short, party or play that I always find something depending on what I am looking for.
