Microsoft opens its first stand-alone store in Las Vegas today at Fashion Show mall. Inside find a 4,382-square-foot store with all the latest in Microsoft products, including a limited number of Xbox Ones released before the Nov. 22 launch date. In fact, Microsoft will have a launch party for the Xbox One when the clock strikes midnight.

At the rear of the store, a theater area with a bank of screens for showcasing new products or even throwing a party. Accessories for smartphones find a small home while an answer desk helps customers with their burning questions. Expect to find about 70 hours of programming a week on how to use Microsoft products, all for free.

Also on tap today, a ribbon cutting just as the doors swing open and a concert by Pitbull. Fans began lining up last night to snag the free tickets for the show at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel to celebrate the opening. Following the jump, more photos inside the store.
