Marc Jacobs is out at Louis Vuitton. The designer plans to focus on his initial public offering for his eponymous line, found at the Forum Shops at Caesars. Jacobs plans to go public "in the next three years, and the company is estimated to be worth about $1.35 billion at current exchange." [Racked National via NYT]
