Sheryl Lowe spent 20 years in the makeup industry, working with A-list stars such as Al Pacino, Gwyneth Paltrow, Julia Roberts, Brad Pitt, Hilary Swank and even some actor who shares her last name. She even created her own cosmetics line, Lola. Then in 2007 she took her hobby of making jewelry for her friends and turned it into her own business, Sheryl Lowe Designs, now sold at Neiman Marcus.
Tomorrow, the makeup artist-turned-jewelry designer visits the Neiman Marcus at Fashion Show mall from noon to 2 p.m. for a trunk show and personal appearance. Lowe plans to talk about the inspirations behind her work, including trips to Sardinia, London, St Barths, Bora Bora and the Virgin Islands that led her to some of her designs. Bonus: Hubby Rob Lowe will also be on hand.
