More shopping is on the way. Tivoli Village just announced that it will start construction on the second phase of the shopping complex at Rampart Boulevard and Alta Drive. The European-style village is adding approximately 200,000 square feet of retail and about 70,000 square feet of office space. Expected opening of the second phase is spring of 2015. No new tenants have been named, but Tivoli teases the addition of "national fashion and apparel stores, new-to-market home furnishing brands and other merchandise categories."
